‘Let’s Holiday’ collects information in four possible ways:

  1. When you give it to us directly – for example, when you make an enquiry regarding accommodation availability via telephone, email, the ‘Availability Calendars’ linked to our website, or letter. In communicating with us in this way, you are choosing voluntarily to give us certain information which will enable us to respond appropriately to your enquiry. To summarise, the information received by us has required a specific direct action by you at that time in order for us to receive it.
  2. When you give us permission to obtain from other accounts depending on your settings or the privacy policies for other online services, you may give us permission to obtain information from your account with those other services. For example, this can be via social media or by choosing to send us your location data when accessing our website from your smartphone.
  3. Via a Holiday Accommodation Agency, an online Accommodation Booking System operated by a Third Party, and a Contact Form you have submitted to us via a ‘Directory’ websites operated by a Third Party.
  4. Through completion of a ‘Guest Registration Form’ following arrival at your accommodation.

‘Let’s Holiday’ will not retain your personal information longer than necessary. We will hold onto the information you provide as long as needed to:
